Mitochondrial Therapy

Dr. Michael Kucera

Dr. Michael Kucera is the man behind mitochondrial therapy. He is an internationally renowned medical doctor specialising in mitochondrial and anti-aging medicine. The only Czech medical doctor who has worked at NASA training astronauts for Mars flights.

Dr. Kucera dedicated to detecting, improving and restoring the state of health of the organism. He is interested in improving the function of the autonomic nervous system in order to maintain the ideal internal environment and to improve individual capacity to respond and adapt to internal and external stress of any origin.

Dr. Kucera uses mitochondrial medicine to improve lost or reduced autonomic nervous system regulatory ability and performance. His pioneering work has effectively improved the health status of patients with various chronic, degenerative diseases associated with the aging process. Diseases including cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, degeneration of the joints and spine, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, cataracts, glaucoma, and more.
“The adaptive capacity of the organism plays a vital role in sustaining life and maintaining health”

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is a valuable tool that is used in mitochondrial therapy to assess the cardiac autonomic nervous system. The test result reveals individual general fitness, the likely risk of sudden death from an unexpected heart attack and the efficiency of the autonomic nervous system.

The human heart rate continually responds to all our internal and external stressors. The heart rate will adapt to any stress derived from physical exertion, emotions, temperature, foods, toxins, hormones etc.

The HRV test can be useful in determining the role of the autonomic nervous system in diseases linked to a SNS or PNS imbalance and obesity. It can also be used to determine the efficacy of healing modalities such as medications, diet, supplements, meditation etc.

Your HRV result will indicate how your ANS is currently functioning, your stress index, your capacity to burn fat which is required for effective weight loss, your energy levels, the efficiency of your hormonal and immune systems, the ability to adapt to stress of any origin and the ability to regenerate and repair.
