View this post on Instagram Pandan, lemongrass jelly! Collagen, antioxidants and anti inflammatories- all in one yummy serving. Blend lemongrass (2 sticks) and pandan (5 leaves) with a little water. Strain and add to boiling jelly (agar agar). Once dissolved, add sugar to taste. Add in a mixture (beaten) of one egg and 150ml of coconut milk. Bring the pot to a boil, then turn off the stove and pour the hot mixture into a suitable dish. Cool to room temperature, pop it into the fridge for about 2 hours, till it sets.
